5-10 years’ experience in software sales and account management, demonstrating experience building and scaling a sales or organization, and building systems which increase efficiencies. Ability to successfully engage and motivate sales teams through a strong command of business processes, and strong management skills.
Software Account Executive
Responsible for selling products and services to new clients and achieving new revenue quotas within an assigned sales territory. Adept at developing and executing a well-rounded sales engagement strategy including prospecting and customer-centric sales process management. Effectively build a track record of consistent performance and accountability using multiple sales approaches and managing complex sales into large enterprises.
Work with an established client base and be responsible for maintaining and growing sales from these accounts by maintaining high on-time renewal rates. Responsible for growing business through cross-selling and up-selling. 4-7 years of sales experience focused on growing existing business and large account management or project management experience preferred.
Business Development Representative
Work with Account Executives to create marketing qualified leads for the sales force. This will be associated with setting up an initial meeting between the prospect and the assigned Account Executive. Conduct Strategic Business Development as part of follow-up with prospects who have responded to our Marketing Activities with the objective of creating marketing qualified leads for the sales force.
Responsible for driving new business sales within a set of Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts, while continuing to grow the existing customers within your territory. Adept at developing and managing sales pipeline – prospect and assess new sales potential while moving transactions through the sales pipeline. Skilled in providing initial product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers.
Experience in management and desire to design and manage outbound prospecting campaigns to drive pipeline creation. Responsible for driving new sales engagements by managing the Sales for effective prospecting and inbound inquiry qualification. Comfortable working closely with Sales Management and individual Sales Reps. Skilled in developing the talent on the team so that they progress into more senior roles within the organization.
