Meet Director of Business Development Colin Niewald, who joined CMI as an Associate Recruiter in January 2012. In his time at CMI, Mr. Niewald was Rookie of the year 2012, a multi-year winner of the “most prestigious clients” award, and he brought on more new clients in 2013 and 2014 than anyone in the company. He is consistently one of the top 3 performers in the company, as relates to both revenue and customer satisfaction, and has successfully placed hundreds of candidates. Although he has experience in all areas of recruiting, Mr. Niewald specializes in sharing best practices/insider knowledge about the industry and hiring trends with candidates, as well as consulting with emerging tech companies on how to identify and land top sales talent in the D.C. market.
Mr. Niewald graduated from Radford University with a B.A. in Business and currently is a resident of Alexandria, Virginia. He is also a member of NAPS. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his puppy Thor.
