OTE 350k + equity. Must have: 10+ yrs sales, 3+ yrs managing a sales team, experience with and/or managing reps with $1M+ quota. Can come from SaaS (business, not IT/infrastructure software), information services, possibly from marketing or advertising related especially if experienced with large banking customers.
