Jeff Ackley

Jeff Ackley began working with CMI in 1999 as a Sales Recruiter. During his first year as a recruiter, Mr. Ackley received recognition for the highest sales of any rookie recruiter in CMI’s history. His perseverance and dedication to both his clientele and CMI led to his promotion as partner of the firm in 2001. While Mr. Ackley is well-versed in all areas of the recruiting business, he specializes in the placement of senior technology professionals and marketing executives for some of the most respected companies in the DC region. He has helped to generate millions of dollars in revenue for some of CMI’s largest clients, placing hundreds of qualified candidates during his tenure, reflecting his ability to align his candidates’ aspirations with his clients’ opportunities.

Mr. Ackley graduated from West Virginia University with a B.A. in Sociology and currently lives in Chantilly, Virginia with his wife Rebecca and their four children. He is also a member of The National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS).
