The pace of hiring during the first half of the year was crazy fast. It’s the fastest I’ve seen in 23 years. It was fantastic for companies that were struggling to find the people that they needed and for anybody who made a career change.
Now is a fantastic time to be looking for work compared to a year ago. Q2 and Q3 of 2020 were brutal. Now is the time to consider making a transition from one industry to another, inquiring about an internal promotion, or looking for career opportunities in general.
